Due to the fragile health situation, we are temporarily suspending product returns and exchanges. Once a product leaves the store, we cannot accept it back for return or exchange. Thank you for understanding.
Regular Cancellation, Return and Exchange policies
You may cancel your order, return or exchange the Product(s) you received within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from your receipt of an invoice/order confirmation email for your purchase of our Products and/or Services except in the following cases:
- If you have used the Service and/or the Product before the expiration of the fourteen (14) days period
- If the ordered Product and/or Service has been customized according to your request or specifications
- If you have removed the original package or caused any defect, damage or change to the Product(s)
All returned and exchanged Products must be unused, in the original condition you received them in and must not be altered or damaged in any way. Except when you have received a Product which is already defective or different from the specifications of the Product(s) you ordered, you will charged for every return, refund, and/or exchange, a Processing Fee of /7,000/ LBP.
To process a cancellation (if you have not received the package):
- Go to My Orders
- Click on View Order
- Select the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on Return item(s)
- You will receive an order cancellation email confirming that your order has been cancelled within 24 hours
- The amount you paid for the item(s) you wish to cancel shall be credited to your Skin Society Account within 2 business days
To complete a return or exchange (if you have already received the package)
Through our Store (Free of Charge)
You may return or exchange the delivered item(s) at our store, free of charge, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the package. Return or exchange can be made anytime during opening hours in our store in Baabda, Damascus International Highway, Akl Building, Beirut, Lebanon.
In case of return, the amount paid for the item(s) shall be immediately credited to your Skin Society Account. In case of exchange for an item priced less than the returned item, the difference in the amount shall be immediately credited to your Skin Society Account.
Through the Website:
You may return or exchange the delivered item(s) directly on the Website, for a Processing Fee of /7,000/ LBP for each return or exchange. The Processing Fee shall automatically be deducted from the amount to be refunded and credited on your Skin Society Account. The steps for return or exchange are as follows
- Go to My Orders
- Click on the order which includes the item(s) you would like to return
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, and click on Return item(s)
- You will automatically receive an email confirming the return order request
- You will be contacted within the next [1 to 4] business days by our delivery team to confirm the order pick up date and time
- Package up your item(s) and the invoice you received
- Upon our receipt of your returned package, we will inspect the same and make sure it has not been used, altered or damaged in any way
- Within 48 hours of our receipt of your returned package, you will receive a return/exchange confirmation email stating whether or not your return/exchange has been approved depending on our inspection of the returned package
- If the return of the item(s) has been approved, the price you paid for the returned item(s) will be credited to your Skin Society Account within [3 to 7] business days with the Processing Fee deducted
- If the return of the item(s) has been refused for any of the above stated reasons or others, then you may either (i) pick up the returned package from our store within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of the return refusal email or (ii) you may request for the returned package to be sent back to you within [1 to 3] business days with an additional charge of /7,000/ LBP which will be deducted from your Skin Society Account. Otherwise, such item(s) shall be deemed as relinquishes and subsequently be disposed of
We will only process cancellations, returns and exchanges made in accordance with our policy and process as set out above. Returned Products damaged in any way will not be processed and could be discarded at your risk. Please ensure you have read the notes above before you return any items.
